A long-established Boston-based professional services firm is seeking a hands-on Learning & Development Manager to lead onboarding, training, and continuous education across the organization. This is a high-impact role in a lean, collaborative environmentideal for someone who thrives on ownership, visibility, and direct engagement with end-users.
About the Role
Youll design and deliver firmwide training programs, support new software rollouts, and ensure a seamless experience for attorneys and staff. Responsibilities include :
- New hire onboarding and role-based training
- Live, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences
- Software / application training (e.g., NetDocs, DMS)
- Beta testing and UAT coordination
- Building and maintaining training materials and documentation
- Supervising one direct report (Training Coordinator)
