SmartTalent is looking to a hire a Print Press Operator for a digital print company in Tukwila, WA. Ideal candidate has strong print press operating experience and have flexible schedule to work 7 days during peak season (details below).

TITLE : Print Press Machine Operator

LOCATION : Tukwila, WA

SCHEDULE : All Shifts available, Must be able to work 7 days a week in December

PAY : $21.10 - $22.10 depending on shift

Summary / Objective :

The Print Press Operators are responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. This role requires attention to detail, machine operation skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining safety and production standards in a fast-paced print environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Adjust press settings during production to maintain color registration and density.
• Balance ink and water levels to ensure consistent print quality.
• Inspect printed samples for accuracy and quality.
• Monitor ink and paper levels; replenish materials as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on press equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
