Role- Tech Write

Location- Overland Park, KS, Bellevue WA, or Dallas TX

• Responsible with working with senior engineers to document technical documentation for distribution to internal customers.
• Experience with technical writing in the cloud or telecommunications industry preferred
• Writing descriptive manuals and guides for complex subjects
• Creating software documentation, user manuals, and other technical content
• Collaborating with subject matter experts and product teams
• Editing and proofreading technical materials for accuracy and clarity
