We are seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to join our team. This position requires 40 hours per week in field locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviews project plans, requirements and specifications to develop a comprehensive understanding of the project
• Experience with construction Submittals, Shop Drawings, and RFI coordination
• Prepare Daily reports to document daily construction activities
• Coordinate with the Owner / Contractor
• Review Schedule of Values and Payment Applications submitted by Contractor
• Review Contractor’s Schedules
• Prepare project Punch Lists
