About the Role

We’re seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Lead General Cleaner to oversee and perform high‑quality cleaning across our site(s). You’ll lead by example—supervising cleaning tasks, ensuring standards are met, and stepping in as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and perform cleaning : sweeping, mopping, dusting, restrooms, windows, trash removal.

Supervise and train other cleaning staff; conduct quality and safety inspections.

Manage cleaning supplies and equipment—track inventory and request restocking.

Maintain accurate records : schedules, checklists, inspection forms, and reports.

Be on‑call during 5 AM–5 PM window : adjust to schedule changes, cover absences, and respond to emergencies.

Must‑Have Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean, reliable record.

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience, preferably in a lead / supervisory capacity.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Ability to work independently and enforce cleaning standards among crew members.

Physical stamina : lift up to ~30 lbs.

Flexibility & Availability

Must be reachable and available for any shift between 5 AM and 5 PM .

Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments, staff shortages, or emergency cleanups.

$16.50-$21.00 Depending on job site.
