Operations & Strategy Intern (Spring 2026)

C3Aero is leading the charge in secure, AI-driven connectivity solutions for aerospace, industrial, and enterprise clients, and we’re excited to offer an Operations & Strategy Intern position for Spring 2026.

As an intern, you’ll dive into the heart of our startup, supporting critical business operations, process improvements, and strategic market research.

This role provides hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a high-growth technology company, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission while gaining valuable experience in operations and strategy.

Join us from January 26, 2026, to April 12, 2026, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, innovative environment.   Key Responsibilities   Assist in managing vendor relationships, tracking budgets, and preparing operational reports.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and policy evaluations to support strategic decision-making.

Help document and streamline operational processes, workflows, and best practices for efficiency.

Support cross-functional project coordination, collaborating with operations, product, and leadership teams.

Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for process improvement.

Contribute to presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership meetings.

Participate in team discussions to brainstorm solutions and strategies for operational challenges.   Qualifications & Requirements   Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Genuine interest in business operations, strategy, or startup environments.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to deadlines.   Preferred Qualifications   Coursework or prior experience in operations management, supply chain, or business strategy.

Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) or basic project management software.

Interest in technology, aerospace, or secure connectivity industries.
