Position Summary

We are looking for MRO Project Manager. As an MRO Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects related to aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO). Your scope will include repair operations, front office coordination, logistics (shipping / receiving), shopfloor transformation initiatives, and support functions such as procurement and quality. You will act as the central point of contact between operational teams, support functions, and internal / external clients.

Key Responsibilities

Project management

  • Define, plan, and monitor MRO-related projects (repair process optimization, digitalization, operational improvements, etc.)
  • Coordinate stakeholders across departments (shopfloor, logistics, quality, procurement, IT) and with external partners
  • Ensure project delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints, while complying with aerospace regulations

    • Reporting & communication

  • Produce project status reports (KPIs, milestones, risks)
  • Lead project meetings and stakeholder updates

    • Requirements

    Experience :

  • Project Manager experience
  • Prior experience working with customers in aerospace industry is preferred.

    • Education & Certifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, aerospace, project management, or a related field.

    • Skills & Achievments :

  • MRO processes (repair shopfloor, logistics, procurement, quality)
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
  • Familiarity with PLM / ERP / MES systems (PTC Windchill, ARAS, SAP, Aprisio, etc.) is a plus
  • Knowledge of digital technologies, and their applications in the aerospace sector.
  • Understanding of aerospace industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

    • Languages :

  • Fluent in English (required), French is a plus.
