We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our growing team. This position is the first point of contact for many clients and plays a key role in supporting our sales and operations teams.
Compensation : 15 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Professionally answer and direct incoming calls with a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Manage the company calendar and keep appointment schedules organized
- Assist with various administrative and special projects as assigned
- Perform data entry and maintain records using Excel and company systems
- Provide general support to office staff and maintain a clean, welcoming front office area
- Follow up with customers and team members as needed to ensure service quality
Qualifications :
Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer skillsReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedA friendly, professional demeanor and a team-player mindsetAbout Company
