Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Full Stack Software Developer with 5+ years in software engineering, Power Platform, and technical expertise for supporting mission-critical U.S. government operations, including the U.S. Space Force and U.S. Air Force .

This role requires a deep understanding of secure software development, full-stack technologies, Microsoft Power Platform, and cloud-based enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is both a skilled coder and thorough technician, driven by a commitment to operational excellence and mission success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of low-code platforms to teammates and internal stakeholders
  • Serve as a developer for inventory, security, and project management platforms in secure cloud environments.
  • Administer and manage SharePoint ecosystems including lists, libraries, permissions, and access controls.
  • Integrate and support secure systems using ServiceNow , SharePoint, Power BI, and DoD-compliant cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, functional applications.
  • Lead and participate in Agile development cycles , including sprint planning, backlog grooming, code reviews, and testing.
  • Streamline IT workflows and reporting through automation and process optimization .
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support and implementation guidance .
  • Develop and support iOS mobile applications using Swift and Xcode in coordination with broader teams.

Technical Skills

Front-End : JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap 5, AJAX, ReactJS, JSON, TypeScript, Power Apps

Middle-Tier : Java, Kotlin, Python, C#, .NET Core, .NET 6.0, ADO.NET, RESTful APIs

Back-End / Database : SQL, T-SQL

Tools & Platforms : Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Git / GitHub, Linux, AWS, Visual Studio, VS Code, IntelliJ, Postman, Bash, Yarn, NPM, Trello, SSMS18

Other : Agile / Scrum, ServiceNow, Secure Cloud Environments, DoD IT Systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 5+ years in full-stack development roles supporting government or secure enterprise environments
  • At least 2 years of experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and iOS mobile development
  • Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
  • CompTIA Security+ (or ability to obtain)
  • Solid understanding of relational database technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols.
