Pay | $18 per hour

Qualifications | Two years of related experience.

Deposit Operations Specialist essential tasks :

Perform Quality Control reviews for new deposit accounts, debit cards, and online banking profiles, as well as maintenance activities. Review stop payments, holds on accounts, deposit rate changes, and scanned documents. Provide debit card support, process fraud disputes, and review dormant account activity. Ensure compliance with regulations for dormant accounts, CDARS / ICS, and unclaimed property escheatment. Process various transactions including stop payments, NSF items, and ACH returns.
