Job Title : Licensing Associate (On Site Position)

Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensing Associate to join our team. The Licensing Associate will play a key role in supporting the licensing process maintaining relationships with partners and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for consumer products and the licensing industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Attend calls / meetings with existing and potential partners and build strong relationships
  • Update recurring reports for licensors : placement reports / decks UPC reports Amazon ASIN reports sell-through reports meeting recaps etc.
  • Maintain and update centralized files
  • Collaborate with licensors to facilitate product development with approvals of 40 different lines of business
  • Ownership of licensing approvals internally in collaboration with Product Approvals Design and Product Development teams
  • Review product samples artwork and packaging to ensure alignment with brand standards and contractual requirements
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends competitive landscape and new licensing opportunities.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail and project management skills with the capability to multi-task and balance various projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Power BI) and database management software.
  • Knowledge of licensing industry trends best practices and legal requirements is a plus.
