  • TEKsystems in Bend, OR is hiring Help Desk Analysts. Project is for a minimum of 6 months. Hours of operations are Monday - Saturday with varying hours from 5am - 8pm. Client is an enterprise level environment. Work closely with existing staff, learning new technologies and supporting this world class leader. Assist with the following calls : 1. Troubleshoot password resets and login issues. 2. Troubleshoot hardware issues such as keyboards, mouse and screens. Requirements - +1 year Customer Service / Help Desk Experience - Excellent Communication / Servant Mentality - Experience supporting PC peripherals (keyboards, printers, mouse, etc.) - Experience with Microsoft Office 2007(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), XP and Windows 7.
