In this role, you will oversee a team of 15+ skilled Comfort Advisors during peak season, focusing on refining their closing strategies within customers' homes and ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your coaching expertise, data-driven approach, and leadership skills to build a top-performing team while contributing to the growth of a trusted brand.
