job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDesign 13D residential fire sprinkler systems using AutoSprink & AutoCAD Create permit submittals, hydraulic & seismic calcs, fabrication & install drawings Coordinate with MEP trades via BIM / lay-over software Review drawings, survey sites & support field installation teams Communicate with AHJs, contractors, and project managers Deliver accurate, code-compliant designs that ensure field success WA State Level 1 Certificate of Competency (required) 2+ years fire sprinkler design (13D residential preferred) Proficiency in AutoSprink & AutoCAD Knowledge of NFPA codes (esp.
