What You'll Be Doing

  • Investigate and determine the compensability of workers' compensation claims.
  • Assess claim reserves, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with workers' compensation laws.
  • Work closely with management, employees, adjusters, and healthcare providers to facilitate return-to-work programs.
  • Promote workplace safety and risk management strategies.
  • Handle large and complex customer accounts while ensuring claim resolutions are cost-effective and timely.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in workers' compensation claims handling.
  • Experience managing claims across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.

    • Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of medical and legal terminology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
