Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, $ OHAS 18001 programs
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to manage all incoming non-conformance issue
  • Participate in Management of Change activities that impact any quality control activities
  • Maintain calibration program, including scheduling, documentation, and adherence of calibration records
  • Participate in all audits of system management, internal and customer audits,
  • Responsible for all incoming, in process and outgoing quality control to insure no production interruption

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in a STEM field is preferred
  • 3-5 yeas of manufacturing experience
  • Lab Manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Lean 6 Sigma, proficiency with Microsoft Office, & SAP experience preferred
  • Independent time management is critical to ensure production is not negatively impacted
  • The ability to react in a complex environment is required.
  • Resources are limited, so ability to balance and prioritize conflicting objectives
  • The ability to quickly learn the company’s quality control system
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth understanding of technical documentation
  • Time management and organization
  • Attention to detail is critical to meet specification
  • Compensation :

  • 69,000-$80,000
  • Salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to individual competencies, education / professional certifications, experience and performance in the role
  • This position offers a 5% Annual Company Based Bonus
