Position : Tax Senior - We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Tax Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you\'ll build and nurture client relationships while managing tax engagements for a diverse range of clients, including privately held businesses, business owners, families, and high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business tax returns and financial statements for multinational clients, including LLCs, partnerships, C-corps, and gift and estate tax filings.
• Conduct comprehensive research on tax issues related to multinational business decisions, tax planning strategies, and effective tax rate optimization.
• Participate in in-house CPE classes and specialized international tax training provided by the firm to stay updated on the latest developments in tax regulations.
• Assist in researching client issues and representing clients in IRS audits if necessary, ensuring compliance with domestic and international tax laws.
• Support clients by writing proposals, engagement letters, budgeting, staffing, and billing, fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

What We Offer

The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000. This range includes the anticipated low and high end the salary range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education and / or skill level.
