As a Security Officer - Bank Patrol Driver in Whitestown, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols throughout financial institution locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors and employees by providing directions or information as needed.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment within the financial institution.

Complete required reports and logs related to daily patrols, incidents, and security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
