Entry Level Sales Representative

A company is looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executive to align on outreach and engagement strategies

Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and follow-up on inbound inquiries

Maintain performance metrics, including making 250+ calls per week to achieve lead generation targets

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

1 - 2 years of B2B or inside sales experience, with familiarity in the beauty or wellness industry being a plus

Understanding of salon / spa / MedSpa operations is ideal

Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or Outreach

Self-motivated and organized, thriving in a remote, fast-paced environment
