We're searching for an Office Manager to lead our Bright Now! Dental team in Moreno Valley, CA! In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of the practice-overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting treatment planning, guiding a talented team, and ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience. Schedule (days / hours)

Mon : 8-5 pm; Tue : 10-7pm; Wed : 9-6pm; Thu : 9-6 pm; Sat : 8-4 pm

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiences
• Provide strong leadership to the front office team, including treatment coordination support and coaching for case acceptance
• Guide and support team members in meeting daily and monthly practice goals
• Ensure accurate scheduling, collections, receivables, and cost management
• Oversee treatment planning workflows and partner with clinical team on financial presentations
• Lead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and office protocols
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that supports high-quality care
• Maintain office organization, performance metrics, and alignment with Smile Brands policies
