Sterile Processing Tech Permanent Role
Location : Fort Worth TX 76104
Shift : 8-hr Night 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM
Guaranteed Hours : (40 hours / week)
Compensation : Based on experience
Essential Responsibilities :
- Prepare and arrange instruments treatment trays and supplies according to department needs
- Clean and disinfect medical instruments and equipment using approved methods and detergents
- Operate sterilization equipment per manufacturer and facility guidelines
- Manage inventory : order replenish and distribute instruments and reusable equipment
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control safety protocols and environmental standards
- Assist with training and mentoring of entry-level and Sterile Processing staff
- Participate in and conduct in-service training for ongoing staff development

Education : High School Diploma or GED equivalentExperience : Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience requiredCertification (one of the following required) :Certified Board for Sterile Processing & Distribution (CBSPD)
