About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Mid to Senior Data Engineer to join our team and support a key project involving the migration of data from Salesforce to a Snowflake Data Warehouse . The ideal candidate has deep experience with Snowflake strong proficiency in Azure services and hands-on expertise with Azure Data Factory (ADF) or dbt .

This role will play a critical part in designing building and optimising data pipelines ensuring data quality and enabling scalable and efficient data integration across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build scalable data pipelines to support the migration from Salesforce to Snowflake .
Develop maintain and optimise ETL / ELT processes using Azure Data Factory or dbt .
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement robust data models.
Manage and optimise data storage transformations and processing using Snowflake best practices .
Implement monitoring alerting and validation processes to ensure data quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot pipeline and environment issues ensuring high availability and performance.
Contribute to improving data engineering standards documentation and development workflows.

Required Qualifications

4 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.

Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (warehousing performance tuning SQL tasks streams etc.).

Proficiency with Azure (Azure Data Factory Azure Data Lake Azure Functions Key Vault etc.).

Experience with Azure Data Factory or dbt (at least one is required).

Solid understanding of ETL / ELT principles and data modeling.

Experience with Salesforce APIs data extraction or related integration tools (preferred).

Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.

Familiarity with CI / CD workflows for data pipelines is a plus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
