GENERAL PURPOSE
Operate all production equipment at or above production and quality standards and CIP systems.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all quality assurance checks are performed at designated intervals
- Understand product flow from milk silos to bottling / packaging departments
- Know correct product, silo source, and all handling procedures involved with the operation of processing equipment
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and maintained with correct information
- Report any food safety and food quality-related issues to management immediately
- Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
- Follow all good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
