One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Coordinator for a position located in Denver, Colorado, or St.Paul, Minnesota. The Project Coordinator will manage work and purchase orders and resolve related errors.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have at least 2 years of related experience in a customer facing role.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Research and resolve errors related to work orders and purchase orders.
• Perform resolution of purchase orders and work orders as needed.
• Use Excel, Microsoft 365 Office, and SAP to manage work orders and purchase orders.
• Handle high-volume billing tasks on a daily basis.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with Project Managers, Coordinators, and job runners.
• Attend weekly vendor meetings.

Requirements of the Project Coordinator :

Familiarity with Power BI within Microsoft is a nice to have.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
