Overview
In this leadership role, you'll :
- Champion Melaleuca's mission and values by fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Lead the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Oversee compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Champion Melaleuca's industry-leading benefits program, ensuring employees understand and leverage its full potential.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing expert guidance on all HR matters.
Responsibilities
A Day in the Life :
Positively communicate and demonstrate the company’s core values by developing trust and respect among peers and associates, building strong teams and partnerships and driving resultsEffectively leads the DC HR teamProvide guidance and input regarding HR strategies that support the vision, culture and business needs of the organizationBuild trusting consultative relationships with associates and leadersSupport the business teams in establishing and executing an effective talent strategy (short and long term) and work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition teamInspire, coach, and influence leaders to set and improve the quality and frequency of feedback and improve the overall associate experienceDrive performance management program by ensuring performance expectations and policy guidelines are being met and are conducted effectively and in a timely mannerHandle various associate relations issues, such as investigating associate complaints, resolving employee conflicts, and advising appropriate action to leadershipQualifications
To be successful, you'll possess :
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.Proven success in developing and implementing strategic HR programs.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.A passion for building positive relationships and fostering a collaborative work environment.Proficient in HR software and information systems.Why Melaleuca
