Position : Project Coordinator

Location : Melbourne, FL (ONSITE, not remote)

Pay Rate : $19.00 / hr plus Benefits

Two Shifts Available :

9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm (Mon to Fri)

10 : 00am to 7 : 00pm (Mon to Fri)Please note, this position requires the following :

A minimum of two (2) year's Customer Service and / or Project Coordinator experience

Computer proficiency with the ability to work in multiple systems is needed

This is NOT a sales related position

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Maintain good relations with customers, techs, and staff

Generate, update, and maintain database reports

Create, update, and close work orders

Respond to customer and tech requests timely

Dispatch field support teams as required

Order, ship, and track equipment
