A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician to provide essential IT support and maintain service excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service primarily through phone contact with end-users Respond to service desk calls, emails, and ticket requests regarding computer systems, software, and hardware issues Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, while supporting mobile devices and conference room technology Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with two or more years of Service Desk experience, preferably in a law firm environment Experience in a Microsoft environment with familiarity in Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory Knowledge of Dell hardware, printers, scanners, and computer peripherals Ability to communicate technical information to a diverse range of end-users Ongoing interest in personal and professional development and training
