Senior Financial Analyst
Summary : As a Senior Financial Analyst at W.W. Williams, you will play a key role in driving financial clarity and actionable insights across the organization. You will be responsible for modeling and analyzing financial data related to acquisitions, financial reporting, and operational performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders and support strategic initiatives by delivering clear, accurate, and timely data—culminating in insights that inform Board-level decisions. This is a high-impact role supporting corporate finance, M&A, and operational performance.

Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university with a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; three to five years related experience and / or training in the areas of financial analysis, corporate finance, or M&A.
Language Ability :
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial statements or governmental regulations. Ability to write concise reports and business correspondence. Ability to develop presentations and effectively present information to coworkers and managers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Math Ability :
Ability to accurately calculate and convey figures and amounts that are typically associated with financial statements and presentations. Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to define problems, collect data, and establish facts. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Computer Skills :
Expert user of Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Ability to create and work with complex pivot tables and interact with HRIS and ERP systems.
