Maxwell Research Administration Assistant

This position will provide day-to-day operational support to Center for Environmental Policy & Administration (CEPA) and the Dynamic Sustainability Lab (DSL) and also serve on the Maxwell Research Administration team, assisting school-wide grant-related financial transactions including grants for CEPA / DSL. This role will provide receptionist functions such as serving as the office greeter for students, faculty and guests; scheduling and planning meetings; preparing travel arrangements; and providing event and logistical support for CEPA and DSL.

This position will also dually report to the Maxwell Director of Research Administration and process various financial and procurement transactions for school-wide grants, update spreadsheets and reporting documents as requested, and prepare reconciliations.

This position is part of a bargaining unit and is represented by the union SEIU, Local 200United.
