• Key Qualifications :
• Strong field experience in leading BMS and low-voltage electrical installations. - Mission-critical data center construction project experience - Experience in electrical or controls installation to lead the execution of Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical field, or equivalent in experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years managing construction projects.
• Proven ability to foster strong relationships with subcontractors and drive project progress.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and operating systems.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and tackle challenges on-site.
• A safety-first approach, with an emphasis on quality and schedule adherence.
