We’re looking for a licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist who’s confident managing a diagnostic and hearing aid caseload independently. You’ll be backed by a well-established ENT team and supported by the resources of a larger organization—but still enjoy the feel of a local, small office.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform hearing evaluations and recommend personalized treatment options
- Fit, program, and manage hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Provide counseling, education, and follow-up care to patients and families
- Collaborate closely with the ENT providers to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold state and clinical standards
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Audiologist (Au.D. or M.S.) or Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) in the state of FloridaStrong diagnostic and hearing aid fitting skillsExcellent communication and patient counseling abilityComfortable working independently in a smaller clinicProfessional, reliable, and committed to patient-centered careCompensation & Benefits
Base salary starting at $70,000 + commission (negotiable based on experience)PTO : 3 weeks to start; 4 weeks after 3 yearsInsurance : Health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability401(k) with match after 1 yearCEU & Licensing : Annual licensure and 2 professional memberships covered, plus CEU allowance
