Role Overview : Are you an experienced, self-motivated Video Editor who’s looking to join a fast-paced performance creative team full-time? You’ll play a critical role in turning raw UGC, testimonial, and branded footage into high-performing digital ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and more. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Performance Creative, strategists & media buyers. Should expect to balance speed, iteration, and strategic thinking to support a quick turnaround and growth goals. Key Responsibilities : Edit UGC, testimonial, and branded content for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Applovin, etc.) Implement hooks, pacing, motion graphics, and text overlays designed for thumb-stopping engagement Translate creative briefs into high-performing video concepts Collaborate with the performance and creative strategy teams to execute iterative tests on top-performing ads Analyze post-launch data (CTR, ROAS, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPA) and proactively suggest creative iterations Maintain brand tone, compliance, and visual consistency across all content Support occasional static asset production using Photoshop Manage assets, timelines, and file delivery efficiently and independently Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and how they influence creative (CTR, ROAS, CPA, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, etc.) Extensive experience creating ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and / or Applovin (native content in 9x16 / 4x5 ratios) Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-rich, and results-driven environment Strategic thinker who takes initiative and can identify when to iterate and scale winning creative What You’ll Love : A highly collaborative, agile, and supportive team Ownership of creative that directly drives business results Growth opportunities in performance creative strategy A chance to help shape a brand that celebrates real women with real results Competitive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, flexible PTO, 401k and outside learning opportunities.
