The Total Rewards, Senior Manager is responsible for the organization's global compensation, benefits, recognition, and rewards strategy. This role ensures the company's programs attract, retain, and motivate employees while aligning with business goals, market best practices, and regulatory requirements. Oversees the design, governance, and communication of all reward programs.

Compensation / Recognition Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute a compensation strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee job architecture and salary structure design.
• Lead annual compensation cycle, ensuring fairness and equity.
• Prepare competitive assessments.
• Provide guidance on offers, promotions, and out of cycle salary adjustments.
• Design sales and other incentive and recognition / reward programs that reinforce culture and business objectives.
• Develop cost modeling and budgets.
• Build and maintain reward dashboards, KPIs, and insights to guide decisions.

The target compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000 annually. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to : candidate's qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
