    • Job Duties :

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for PT, PTA, OT, COTA & ST positions.
  • Source therapy candidates through various platforms including therapy students’ platforms.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with therapists regarding onboarding efforts.
  • Participate in weekly therapy recruitment calls.
  • Updates weekly vacancy reports.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and send qualified candidates to Therapy Director.
  • Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness for potential therapy candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system.
  • Work directly with Therapy Director’s on student affiliation and tracking of therapy students.
  • Attend annual AOTA and APTA conferences and strategically engage with select therapy schools.
  • Participate with the development of therapy recruiting strategies.

    • Requirements :

  • Discipline as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist
  • 1 + year recruiting experience with a healthcare agency, search firm, or in-house recruiting team.
