A passion for recruiting high quality Therapists.Excellent Sourcing skills, using data bases and social media to build a strong network of candidates.Proactive nature and strategic thinkerTeam orientated and collaborative.Consistent with processes and trackingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.Job Duties :
Manage full cycle recruiting for PT, PTA, OT, COTA & ST positions.Source therapy candidates through various platforms including therapy students’ platforms.Conduct follow-up calls with therapists regarding onboarding efforts.Participate in weekly therapy recruitment calls.Updates weekly vacancy reports.Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and send qualified candidates to Therapy Director.Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness for potential therapy candidates.Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system.Work directly with Therapy Director’s on student affiliation and tracking of therapy students.Attend annual AOTA and APTA conferences and strategically engage with select therapy schools.Participate with the development of therapy recruiting strategies.Requirements :
Discipline as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist1 + year recruiting experience with a healthcare agency, search firm, or in-house recruiting team.
