Salary : $16 Per Hour

Location : Mesa, AZ

Pay : $16 / hour

Schedule : Monday Friday | 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

What Youll Do

  • Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for client job openings.
  • Post jobs and source talent through job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Onboard new hires, complete paperwork, and conduct orientations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor employee performance, attendance, and placements.
  • Partner with your Branch Manager to meet weekly staffing goals.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support client needs.

    • What Were Looking For

  • 1+ year experience in staffing, recruiting, HR is highly preferred
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, ATS systems)
  • Social media recruiting or sourcing experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask effectively
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is required
