Our client is currently seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator - IT You’ll play a key role in enabling business success through effective contract management. You will lead the drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle oversight of client, vendor, and partner agreements—especially those with complex risk, liability, and compliance requirements. You’ll partner closely with legal, procurement, and cross-functional teams to ensure agreements align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role with exposure across the organization, where your knowledge of B2B technology and FinTech environments will be essential.
This job will have the following responsibilities :
- Lead negotiation and execution of a variety of agreements, including sales contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, reseller deals, and technology services engagements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Vendor Management, Legal, and Finance to guide negotiations on commercial terms, including indemnity, warranties, liability, and service obligations.
- Drive continuous improvements in contract lifecycle management (CLM), using tools like Ironclad to streamline workflows and support reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain clause libraries, templates, and playbooks that standardize risk posture and accelerate agreement turnaround.
- Serve as a contract policy and best-practices SME to internal stakeholders. Mentor junior administrators on negotiation strategy and governance principles.
- Manage contract performance and provide actionable reporting to senior leadership on key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, and scaling of legal operations.
- Contribute to strategic projects and audits related to contract governance and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.7+ years of experience in contract negotiation and management in a B2B environment.3+ years of experience in tech-forward organizations or Managed Service Providers.Experience supporting sales or resale contract negotiations.Familiarity with CLM systems (., Ironclad) and Microsoft Office Suite.Proven ability to manage risk and align legal terms with evolving business priorities.Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the FinTech or Financial Services sector.Knowledge of legal frameworks relevant to IT services and commercial transactions.Ability to influence without authority and drive complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
