About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP - Finance for its Ports and Destinations Infrastructure division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive-level financial oversight and operational coordination for a dynamic portfolio of entities involved in the development and operation of cruise ports, terminals, marinas, and other destination-related infrastructure. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in financial management, operations, and stakeholder relations. The VP - Finance will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash management, ensuring financial operations across jurisdictions are transparent, efficient, and compliant. They will also be involved in project modeling, financing support, and will act as the primary regional financial representative in discussions with various stakeholders.

Candidates for this role should have a Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or infrastructure investment, with a preference for CPA, CFA, or infrastructure finance certification. A minimum of 15 years' of progressive financial leadership experience is required, including at least 5 years' in port development, tourism infrastructure, or transportation terminals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sovereign and regulatory frameworks within the Caribbean region, as well as technical and leadership skills in port economics, cruise operations, and tourism-based revenue models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomatic skills are essential, particularly in multi-stakeholder environments. The role also involves a significant amount of travel and requires a candidate who is adept at managing regional financial risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
