CGI is seeking a Senior Cloud Technical Architect / Program Manager candidate who will get an opportunity to work with a highly skilled team on the latest technologies. It helps the candidate to shape the career with matured agile project delivery, advanced Tech stack process.
Candidate will be on point to create new job flow / streams based on requirements. Will be responsible for updating and maintaining job schedules. Will develop batch job flows and create file shares / S3 buckets.
This position can be located in Raleigh, NC (Preferred), Bloomfield, CT, Lafayette, LA or Denver, CO
Your future duties and responsibilities :
Work in an onshore-offshore model.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Partner with enterprise Infrastructure team to drive infrastructure decisions for the projects, including database, cloud, and environment strategies (including automation of Infrastructure as code).
Work collaboratively with other Technology team members to support DevOps approach, environment maintenance, data and integrations infrastructure, etc.
Installation of tools to support core application.
Troubleshoot issues in non-production environments.
Assist with the planning and coordinate third party application software upgrades in all environments.
Work on custom automation solutions to support the team.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
At least 15+ years of experience in the following below skills :
10+ years of experience in an application development environment managing cloud and on prem applications.
8+ years of experience working on complex, enterprise level platforms or solutions.
Experience with Spark, Kafka, Java.
Experience with PL SQL
Experience with data warehousing tools and processes
Experience with program and portfolio management.
Experience working closely with business and delivery
Experience is building scalable solutions
Good written communication
Ability to develop a working knowledge of the technical domain to effectively support technical risks that may arise.
Excellent complex infrastructure troubleshooting and risk assessment skills.
Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
