The Retention Strategist role is ideal for someone who blends data-savvy lifecycle marketing skills with the empathy and creativity to nurture a high-value customer community. With experience in email / SMS marketing, loyalty strategy, and customer engagement, the right candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a tactical executor. You'll play a key role in shaping how we build brand love and grow customer lifetime value, particularly among our most loyal fans, including our exclusive VIP Facebook community.
