We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Greeley, Colorado. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, a solid background in financial analysis and modeling, and expertise in leveraging data visualization tools. You will play a key role in driving strategic decision-making by providing critical insights and recommendations based on complex financial data.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed financial analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to forecast performance and evaluate business opportunities.
• Utilize Microsoft Power BI to create dynamic dashboards and reports that effectively communicate data insights.
• Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial information.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, showcasing key findings and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial metrics and key performance indicators.
• Enhance the efficiency of financial processes through the application of automation and advanced Excel formulas.
• Monitor industry trends and economic indicators to provide relevant insights for business strategies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data with accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering insights to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
