A company is looking for a Manager, Payer Integrations. Key Responsibilities Oversee a portfolio of payer integrations to drive clean claims and faster payments Lead and develop a team of Payer Integration Managers while managing integration pipelines and escalations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create processes and tools that enhance operational efficiency Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in payer integrations, healthcare implementation, or revenue cycle management 2+ years of team management experience with a focus on coaching and performance enhancement Expert knowledge of payer operations, claims adjudication, and relevant workflows Hands-on experience with HIPAA / EDI processes and integration project management Advanced analytical skills with a proven ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
