Block LLP is seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our operations and marketing departments. In this role, you’ll help manage daily office tasks—from preparing outreach materials to assisting with basic data entry. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, label, and distribute outreach materials.
- Assist with data entry, updating records, and tracking leads.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and other tools to maintain accurate information.
- Support various outbound marketing initiatives and general office coordination.
- Occasionally assist with events or follow-up communication.
Compensation : $18.00 - $22.00 / hr
Requirements
