ERS Technician - Tow Truck Operator

We are seeking a Tow Truck Driver to join our dedicated team at Motor Body / Alongi Brothers. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating tow trucks to assist customers in need of vehicle recovery. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring prompt and professional service to our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles as needed.
• Respond promptly to towing requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure all equipment is in working order.
• Assist customers with vehicle recovery in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of towing activities and customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.

Requirement :

Proven experience as a tow truck driver or similar role is preferred.

Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.

Ability to operate flatbed and standard tow trucks proficiently.

Basic knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair is a plus.
