Sales Coordinator

What it is :

An entry-level opportunity with our growing Scottsdale office to support a veteran sales and operations team by keeping the wheels turning—fast, smooth, and always client-focused.

What we need :

A highly organized and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator who thrives on communication, task-juggling, and making other people's lives easier. You're the glue between the client, the sales team, and the sales operations crew. Your job is to keep everyone informed, up to date, and on track and you'll be great at it.

Think of yourself as the connector with two main priorities :

1. Client Success : Be the first friendly voice clients hear (or read). You'll manage inbound calls, questions, and emails with urgency, professionalism, and clarity.

2. Sales Coordinating : Provide essential sales support. Keep the team on track and organized by scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, updating Salesforce, and tracking follow-ups.
