Environmental Services Evs Supervisor - UI Health Evs

The Environmental Services Evs Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing facility solutions. This role will lead the operations of facility accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations.

Compensation : The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 to $25.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job responsibilities include modeling key leadership behaviors, ensuring safety and sanitation standards, establishing effective client and customer rapport, identifying client needs, communicating operational progress, delivering and modeling excellent customer service, assisting with planning and information, facilitating and supporting new business and retention activities, building revenue and managing budget, ensuring the completion and maintenance of P&L statements, and embracing all Aramark processes and systems.

Qualifications include at least 3 years' experience and up to 2 years in a management role, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and / or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and / or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
