What Will I Be Doing as an Entry Level Account Manager?

Initiate structured outreach to business clients in Emeryville, introducing AT&T Business wireless, fiber, and bundled service options.

Align service proposals with client goals through consultative selling and tailored product briefings.

Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal development to contract execution and service activation.

Maintain precise CRM records of account status, pipeline activity, and client interactions to support campaign forecasting.

Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely issue resolution, and long-term account satisfaction.

Monitor account performance and follow up to support renewals, service upgrades, and retention initiatives.
