What You'll Be Doing :

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
• Float between different units while maintaining exceptional clinical standards.
• Quickly adapt to various workflows across departments.

We're Looking For Individuals Who :

• Have at least 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
• Are flexible and willing to meet the following schedule requirements :
• 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays every 6 weeks.
• 1 weekend every 6 weeks.

Training and Skills Provided :

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) training.
• NIHSS (Stroke Scale) certification.
• Training in IV Ultrasound techniques.
• Cross-training as Charge Nurse for leadership skill development.
