Skill : RPA Process Analyst
- The primary responsibility of the Sr. RPA Process Analyst III is to analyze and document business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE) for bank’s Robotic Process Automation efforts.
- Candidate would also support facilitation of discovery sessions across multiple business and IT stakeholders.
- Essential Functions Partner with the RPA Process Manager and Operational Excellence team to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation.
- Conduct UAT to ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Engages with cross-functional teams to write stories, develop business requirements documentation of the process to be automated in a manner that is understood by the business users and can be shared with RPA solution design and dev teams.
- Works with RPA & Technical Team members to facilitate the planning and execution of RPA and other Automation projects.
- Coordinates with the business and the RPA team to identify and provide support for solution designs for production issues and enhancements. Use strategic thinking and planning skills / abilities to drive innovation.
- Serve as an RPA champion and contribute to the Continuous Improvement Culture. Recommend ‘to-be’ process map designs using Cross functional flowcharts.

- Effective Persuasive Communication. Qualifications Experience working with automation software (., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath).
- Experience working with Cross functional flowcharts for process mapping (. MS Visio, IBM Process map, Smartdraw .
- Manage multiple process map designs concurrently. Influence SMEs toward change, automation and continuous improvement. Work with individuals to understand and build detailed process maps and business requirements documents.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration across all levels of the organization. Excellent oral and written communications.
- Ability to rapidly grasp processes and identify potential RPA solutions. Integrate leading practices on process discovery & mapping into the day-to-day delivery of business requirements documents.
- Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other Intelligent Automation solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in a customer facing environment and identify business needs. Must be a team player.
- Must be willing to learn and adapt in a high pace delivery environment.
- 7-9 years of experience supporting business process documentation with business owners and SMEs across multiple geographically disbursed teams.
- Experience with documenting processes using MS Visio or similar tools.
- Proven Lean process improvement experience in a service environment. Experience with low-code automations tools such as RPA or BPM tools (like Appian).
- Previous lean consulting experience and / or project management experience. 9+ years of experience in business process improvement and large-scale transformation. Experience with data analysis.
- Certifications RPA Certification on any tools such as BluePrism, AA, UIPath or Workfusion desired but not required.
