We are seeking skilled Federal Labor and Employee Relations (LER) personnel to support a Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) contract.
This position is on-site 5 days / week at the FHFA office located at 400 7th Street SW, Washington, DC and is metro-accessible from L'Enfant Plaza station. This position does not allow for telework or remote flexibility.
Requirements :
Work that involves providing advice and assistance to employees and managers, program administration, research, and case management in matters related to conduct, performance management, attendance, and dispute resolution.
Work that involves drafting counseling, reprimands, suspensions, and removals.
Work that involves establishing and maintaining effective relationships, including the use of non-traditional collaborative approaches, working cooperatively with the Office of General Counsel and the Office of Equal Opportunity and Fairness.
Providing guidance and consultation to management on a variety of employee and labor relations matters.
May be required to conduct investigations or fact-findings.
May also be required to review and update policies.
Work Schedule & Environment
On-site full time at FHFA Office, Monday through Friday. No telework / remote flexibility.
