LOCATION :  Century City, CA

PAY RANGE :  $20 - $25 / hr

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Answering, screening, and directing a large volume of phone calls
  • Provide the highest quality of Customer Service to all clients and prospective clients.
  • Process incoming mail, including stamping, sorting, scanning
  • Process outgoing mail
  • Maintain break room clean and stocked

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum 1-year experience answering a heavy volume of calls
  • Bilingual English / Spanish
  • Excellent Grammar and Communication Skills
  • Prior experience as a receptionist for an employment law firm is a huge plus
